Meet Mike Mascoll, a director, writer and producer with an eclectic background – a male model at 18, a CEO of a wireless startup at age 28.

Now the Creative Director and CEO of LEV Media Group, specializing in media production and documentary film-making. 

Mike's production company, LEV ( Lift Every Voice ) uses filmmaking to document invaluable chapters in Black History, lending promise and a restructure to the American consciousness. His open and honest presentation style allows for space in academia and the workplace to engage in community , openly exploring discussions on race, diversity, inclusion and contribution.

His mission is to create healthier dialogue & mutual respect for cultural differences – Lifting voices of future leaders, centering on being at the forefront of one’s own cultural contribution, while equally respecting the contributions of others Mike grew up as an inner-city kid, and at the age of eight years old he made an early suburban trek in search of a better education and opportunity. His unique education and exposure to communities outside of his own opened his mind to the many socioeconomic disparities that continue to divide our nation. The educational harms of segregation and the academic benefits of desegregated schools have been well documented. Public schools are the first places where migration patterns and cultural differences manifest themselves and are also where the potential to learn from diversity is likely the greatest.
